Rihanna Is Launching A Fenty Skincare Line and Has Filed A Trademark For "Fenty Skin"

Sound the Navy!

Rihanna is stacking them coins as she expands her Fenty brand yet again, into another consumer market. As if enjoying the massive success from her beloved Fenty Beauty along with slaying our bodies with Savage x Fenty lingerie, Rih is gearing up to launch a skin care line to keep our faces silky smooth and blemish free.

Over the weekend while Childish Gambino was at Coachella premiering their co-feature Guava Island, Rihanna was busy finalizing details for the “Fenty Skin” trademark that she filed on March 25th.

Riri is one step closer to etching her name on every stone in the beautification industry. It’s only right to join the skin care industry, because you have to have beautifully radiant and illuminating skin to pull off slayed makeup. So as a business woman, it only makes sense for Rihanna to dip into skincare to pair with her beauty/cosmetic line. Rihanna’s branding roll out has been flawless when it comes to her Fenty lines.

The fine print of her latest trademark patent is pretty hard to muck up. She describes the products mock-up strategy verbatim as that of a "medicated and non-medicated skin care, soap, body care, and personal care products (excluding color cosmetics, perfume, and other fragrance-only products), and related accessories such as kits, tools, and applicators."

The trademark application has only just been approved and is yet to be sent to an attorney – something that can take up to three months, so we’re not expecting an imminent launch. Although the expansion of her Fenty project is a whole new venture, we expect nothing but the highest quality from Fenty. We’ll update drop dates and details as they come, stay tuned!
