In the ‘70s, Hip-Hop was born in New York. . Since, other markets have flourished from the genre but there’s still nothing like authentic New York hip-hop. Back like he never left in a major way is Long Island’s Brodie Fresh with his newly released wavy single “Round My Way” featuring well recognized singer/songwriter Sam Hook (“Say Ah”-Trey Songz + “Post To Be”-Omarion). The Grammy nominated Benny Wond3r and Yonni produced record is unique because of the fact that it doesn’t sound like anything else in hip-hop right now. The track will be featured on Brodie’s forthcoming project Rain Checkwhich is expected to drop later this month. The project will have features from lyrically precise hitmakers like Tory Lanez, King Los and more. The L.I. artist will be going on tour with Chris Webby and Anoyd for the Raw Thoughts tour starting July 15th. The tour kicks off in Atlanta, GA at The Masquerade wrapping in Portland, ME hitting a total of 16 cities. Stay tuned for upcoming information about Brodie Fresh’s Rain Check coming soon!
