It’s been a huge year for music! 2018 has brought a plethora of charting hits and phenomenal no-skip albums. A highlight of this year’s musical roll out was the release of Lil’ Wayne’s highly anticipated Tha Carter V back in September. In October, “Tha Carter V” held down the No.1 spot on the Billboard charts, making it Wayne’s fourth project to do so. Today (November 10th), the “Uproar” lyricist expanded the album’s track list with three bonus cuts. While one track “Hasta La Vista,” finds him solo, the other two feature guests appearances from Gucci Mane on “In This House” and the tap for Post Malone on “What About Me.” Post Malone hops on the slow vibing Johnny Yukon and DJ Frank E-produced track “What About Me” and the “Rockstar” rapper rhymes about a love lost. The original version that appeared on the initial album release featured Sosamann. Weezy taps Guwop for the second track, “In This House” kicking off the record with fire spitting bars bringing more of an “ A Milli” vibe. The final bonus Tay Keith produced track “Hasta La Vista,” has Tunechi snapping over ominous chords. These new hits come right before Wayne’s appearance tonight on Saturday Night Live. But for now take a listen to the new trio of songs below and tell us what you think!
