Neek Da Vinci Talks Jay- Z, Staten Island, and B*tches and Bitcoins 2
Neek Da Vinci is a Staten Island artist who hails from a creative family. Though he admires Jay-Z as a business man and using his lyricism as a stepping stone to better his life, it was listening to his brother’s songs that made him want to rap. He wants to bring attention to life in Staten Island.
“I’m the perfect example of what Staten Island breeds.”
His desire to put in work to go places he’s never been is a daily motivation. His goal is to continue growing and be the best at anything he does.
Neek’s first mainstream mixtape “Bitches and Bitcoins” was a released in April of 2017 with the whole RXE. The overall project was the result of over fifty hours of studio time, ten hours of photo shoots and four video shoots. Da Vince has done shows with Uncle Murda, Casanaova, Lil Bibby, Don Q and even Cory Gunz. He’s performed all over NY and NJ, gracing stages from Poughkeepsie at The Chance Theatre, Queens at Aloha, to Blackthorn 51, and beyond during his four city tours.
